Excess sweating: Start with aluminum chloride to very dry palms at night; if necessary add Glycopyrrolate 1mg per day increasing to 4mg as needed/tolerated; you may also add an iontophoresis machine for hands; all above may be used in combo. If all above fails you can inject botox.

Hyperhydrosis: You have sweaty hands all the time. You may have hyperhydrosis. There can sometimes be relief with medication or antiperspirant. Sometimes relief can be offered with surgery. Endoscopic thoracoscopic sympathetomy. This can relieve sweaty palms. You need to see a thoracic surgeon for evaluation. Most patients report relief.
