Sweating: Nothing serious most likely. The issue should be discussed with your doc.

Adrenaline Anxiety: Sweat gland activity is under autonomic (subconscious, dream part of our mind) control 24/7. The desire to cool off (at internal brain thermostat level) & fear/anger (in preparation for action) are the common drivers for increased stimulation of perspiration. When perspiration cannot evaporate as easily (e.g. Skin covered, hand closed) then perspiration accumulates & becomes more obvious.

Maxim or Drionic: My favorites are maxim, an otc liquid applied at bedtime, and drionic, a device used every 3 months or so. Both are available online - google them. If those fail, there are prescription medications, but like all meds they have side effects, so i always try the above first. (i have no financial interest in any product i mention on this site.).
