Baby is bigger: At 38 weeks, your baby may not have enough room to kick like before. The important thing is that you feel movement and even that is less obvious the bigger the baby is. However, if you are worried, you can always go get the baby checked .

Not much room: At 38 weeks there is little to no more room for the baby to be moving much and no kicking is probably just as normal as it can be given how tightly he is held in that stretched out uterus.

May be not: As the baby gets bigger the womb space becomes smaller hence kicks may be less. As long you are feeling movement baby is likely okay. However if concerned or other symptoms talk to your OB
