Unclear: I am sorry but you are speaking to doctors. You must be specific, honest, and clear. The word "sick' is not in any way descriptive enough to answer a question. The word "certain things' is meaningless in this conversation. And the words; "Down there' is not in any way a description on which to base any kind of valid answer. Please understand that your question is impossible to answer as is.
