Possibly: Falling for no apparrent reason and being 'semiconscious' suugests a seriuos problem, perhaps another stroke. Please have your husband evaluated ASAP

CVA: Yes. Hopefully, he is already being evaluated. His heart should also be under scrutiny because its very likely he has significant coronary artery disease as well.
