Yes: So long as there is a gestational sac at 5 weeks of pregnancy then it's okay that the doctor wasn't able to identify a corpus luteum. If you're worried, consider repeating US at 7 weeks so you can be sure you see/hear a heartbeat to confirm the pregnancy is progressing appropriately. Best of luck!
