Doxepin: Doxepin (sinequan) is an old antidepressant used for major depression. It is now reintroduced in very low dose to help sleep, due to its sedative effect. Symbiax is combination of Prozac & zyprexa, (olanzapine) used for depression with psychotic features, and is very sedating & causes weight gain.

Symbax: Symbax is both an antipsychotic & selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressant. It is used to treat Bipolar depressive episodes. Doxepin has been used to treat nerve pain medication, sleep problems, anxiety & depression. Although I don't tend to see it used for depression now a days.
