Very unusual: It is very unusual to get pregnant while on your period because you are not usually ovulating anywhere near that point of your cycle. However, after using hormones (Plan B) that are not a usual part of your cycle, all bets are off as to when you may or may not ovulate next. So the long answer to your short question is yes, there is a small but real risk of pregnancy from the broken condom.
