Yes: Several conditions can cause problems digesting food, such as lack of hydrochloric acid or adequate pancreatic enzymes or bacterial or fungal overgrowth. This can result in difficulty absorbing minerals and certain vitamins, esp. the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K and Vit B12. Try to find and treat the causes of your digestive problems. I advise seeing a holistic/integrative doctor.
