Paracetomol in kids: If the headache is occurring with movement, this suggests neck muscle strain. While the medicine you are giving is effective for pain relief, it does not have anti-inflammatory effect. I would try alternative methods first before jumping to medicine for this. Try gentle massage warm compress wrapped around neck. Calpol does have its side effects, including possible trigger for asthma.
