Shouldn't be issue: After TGA repair, you should still have regular cardiology follow-up, but most neonatal repairs do quite well. If there is no postop coronary artery problem or significant peripheral pulmonary stenosis, then you would typically not need any restrictions or surgical precautions. Again, I would emphasize the need for long term follow-up with a cardiologist with experience with congenital heart dz.
