Unlikely, but...: Ultrasound dating at 8 weeks gestation is pretty accurate. So, if it gives an LMP of oct 15, it is predicting conception to be around oct 29 (~14 days later), life is never exact, but it's a long stretch to go from oct 29 all the way to nov 14.
