Need more info: What was the date of your ultrasound. And on that day, what did they estimate the gestational age of the baby to be.

What I think you are: Asking is, what is the error in the us dating? Given the information in the question, it appears a prenatal us was performed on approximately 12/10/2012, which was 8 weeks after the (estimated) first day of the last menses. Conception occurred approximately 2 weeks later, or 10/29/2012, plus or minus the error in the us dating, which is about 4 days. Latest estimated date is 11/2/2012.
