400 mg: Is the amount that one average banana will provide u which is only 10-20% of the recommended daily intake of bananas. Also know that bananas have a high starch/sugar load. They are the best fruits to incorporate for u'r breakfast!!!

Yes: But that should not be too much. About 4700meq is daily recommended. each large Banana has about 420. How much is too much potassuim intake depends on your renal function and medications.
