Ive been taking flonase for almost two weeks and my doctor said to take it for two weeks but in the pamphlet it says to taper off? how do i do that?

Don't worry too much: Because the steroid in Flonase is not really absorbed systemically, and is more of a topical medication, it's not as critical to do a serious taper off this medication. If you're really worried about it, cut down from two sprays a day to one a day for a few days and then one every other day over a period of a week.
