Depends: On the extent of blockage, the original problem, and how well you use the medicine. If your doctor saw that only flonase is needed, then continue using it as prescribed till your next appointment. Usually it takes few of regular right usage to feel an effect, if no improvement please tell your doctor, wish you wellness
