No difference: There's no difference in the side o of jaw as far as a heart attack is concerned.get checked out as soon as possible and if you are having pain now go to the ED or call 911.

Chest pain: Chest pain should never be ignored. Chest pain plus jaw pain (either side) needs immediate evaluation. Call 911 or go immediately to ER. Better to rule out a heart attack then to not treat it.
