Treatment for cts, unable to grip and move hands well?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Few options: There are a few options. Anti-inflammatories, such as Ibuprofen can help. There are also wrist splints that can be worn at night to help, usually in combination with ibuprofen. Physical therapy can be an option as well. If severe, surgical release may be necessary. Your physician can help determine your best treatment with an exam and possibly a nerve test.
