Snake fears: If your fear of snakes is obsessive and spills into daily living (when not in the company or potential company of snakes) then you could have ophidophobia. Suggest you see a pyschologist if it is impacting quality of life. Cognitive behavioral therapy can help.

PHOBIA: Phobias are very treatable with psychotherapy. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM sessions & a Psychiatrist for medication. Your fears and anxiety could be heightened because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe, cautious & hold on to hopefulness to elevate your immune system.
