Relax: Most sinusitis is self-limiting (it will just go away). If there is no improvement in 7 days, or you get worse, go see your doctor.

Try these: Sinusitis sometimes needs antibiotics for tx, but sometimes symptomatic care works. Consider: adequate rest, fluids, saline nasal spray. Sometimes an antihistamine can help but other times it not. A nasal steroid spray (prescription) from ur doctor can help. Be careful w/ using oral or nasal decongestants for a variety of reasons & limit nasal decongestants to 2-3 days max. Talk to ur doctor.
