No: The acid that is produced in the stomach is in response to the food put in it. Immodium might slow the emptying of the food from the stomach, but it shouldn't affect the rate at which the proteins in the food is broken down by the protein enzymes in the stomach. The rest of the digestion occurs in the intestines, and immodium could slow down the movement of the food through the intestines.
