No: Hi. As long as glucagon is in the lyophilized (dry powder) stage, it's stable at room temp for eons. Once it's put in solution with the diluent, it's only good for 24 hours. The rule: don't put glucagon into solution until it's going to be used right then & there.

If in powder form no: Once it is mixed with water it should be used within 24 hours.
