Is it possible for everyone to have gallstone in them?

Gallstones can be: commonly found in about 1/3 of the population, but not everyone with gallstones is symptomatic or needs anything done about them. Only about 1/3 of the third of the population with stones will have pain or issues and go on to need surgery, etc. Hope that helps!
