Possibly: Obesity is a factor in infertility, meaning that having a high BMI can make it hard to get pregnant. Talk w/ your primary care provider about how to manage your weight before getting pregnant because we don't want you to lose weight during a pregnancy. Be sure you eat lots of vegetables, fruits & healthy fats (nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil, salmon, etc) and protein. Take a brisk walk daily!
