Occassionally: Pagets disease of bone is seen as marked swelling with bone deformity, altering the shape of the bone involved such as femur hip region. In some instances malignant transformation to Pagets sarcoma develops. this is especially true in the skull where marked deformity in the side or top of head seen and sarcomatous malformation can lead to brain invasion.
