Does anybody have any good recommendations for someone who's recovering from mcl sprain?

Relative rest: Vast majority of MCL injuries heal. Higher grade injuries, usually evaluated by MRI, should be protected in hinged knee brace while weight bearing typically for about 6 wks. Would probably advise against sporting activites during that time but can go about day to day activities and work. Anti-infammatories/Ice may be helpful during acute phase.
