If you are getting a: "high" feeling on benzodiazepines, then the dose of that particular medication is TOO MUCH for you, and it should be reduced. Abilify (aripiprazole) is indicated for people with schizophrenia, other thought disorders and bipolar disorder, not for the treatment of anxiety. It would not likely reduce any symptoms from benzos, and might even add to them, plus it's own long list of potentially harmful side effects.
