West Nile Virus: Pathogenicity = ability of organism to cause disease . See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virulence. Get familiar with these concepts first & then Google West Nile Virus.

Time for research!: You are being asked to write a paper that discusses two features of West Nile virus. 1) What is this viruses ability to cause disease? What properties does it have? What host-pathogen interactions are there? That is pathogenicity. 2) And what is the organisms ability to cause disease? How serious or contagious is it? That is virulence. Good luck on your paper
