No: Case reports using intravenous immunoglobulin (ivig) and other interventions have been described, but are inconsistent and haven't been scientifically tested. Supportive management is the mainstay of west nile virus infections.

Not really: The wnv is not susceptible to treatment with anti-viral medication. If encephalitis develops, then anti-virals may be used until the virus is identified, but again, antivirals just do not affect the outcome of west nile virus.
