I'd see a physician.: There are ways to reduce urinary frequency, but if you are bothered by it, i'd see your physician first to make sure there is not an identifiable cause. Restricting fluids & avoiding caffeine & alcohol can help, but urinary frequency depends not just on fluid intake, but also on how your bladder stores, senses, & empties urine. Make sure there isn't an issue that is being missed.
