Tongue: The undersurface of the tongue is attached to the floor of the mouth with a fan-shaped muscle. Any additional tissue present in that area may require consulting with your dentist to determine its nature.

Nothing to worry: It is a normal anatomical structure also called "plica fimbriata" and it is formed by residual developmental tissue. This structure does not require treatment or corrections. Take care.
