What to do if i have some thorough questions about deaf and mute people?

Information: I would recommend visiting a Hearing and Speech Center and gather as much information as you can to understand the problems of the totally deaf person. Also contact the Department of Speech and Hearing Department or Audiology Department of a local University to gather similar information.
