What to do if i have some thorough questions about deaf and mute people?

Pose them!: Well, that's what this forum is all about. Post them questions right on up and depending upon who feels comfortable answering them....you could be all the richer in knowledge by morning; depending on which doctors step up to respond! Cheers!

Information: I would recommend visiting a Hearing and Speech Center and gather as much information as you can to understand the problems of the totally deaf person. Also contact the Department of Speech and Hearing Department or Audiology Department of a local University to gather similar information.
