No neurological AE: Mycophenolate (brand name: CellCept, (mycophenolate mofetil) Myfortic) is not known to cause neurological adverse effects such as tremor or headaches. If you are on a combination of anti-rejection meds, tacrolimus (Prograf) would be a more likely culprit causing tremors.
