A member asked:

What to do if i have rhumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. what can i take to benefit both?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very Different: Medications that help RA are anti-inflammatories and they don't treat FMS well. Medications that help FMS are neurological and don't treat RA well. To benefit both - clean, healthy eating; moderate exercise; sleep. It's a tough combination to have.
