What to do if i have pink eye (conjunctivitis), what happens if i don't get treatment?

Not to worry: There are a number of viruses which cause this and the length of infection can be from 5-10 days. There is no specific treatment; just drops for comfort. Almost all clear without treatment.If you are ten days or more out and still have the problem, go back to your ophthalmologist for a second look.
