What to do if i have only started running religiously for 3 months, is my pr for 5k normal or too slow?

Don't know: Have no idea what your PR is, so cannot answer. 5K with 3 months of training is good -- good for you. Speed work once a week and interval training once a week will get you faster. Good Luck.
