MRKH: I am also confused: MRKH (vaginal agenesis) is defined by absent vagina, and usually an incompletely formed uterus. Intercourse should be impossible, so pregnancy unlikely. Perhaps there is some uncertainty in your diagnosis? Many women with MRKH have biological children from gestational carriers. Good wishes.
