It's a matter of: Choice...go with your gut ..My personal recommendation is to avoid if possible..too much risk of pain, muscle damage bleeding an infection, possible ultimate anal incontinence. This should give you some justification for avoiding. Besides the anus was designed as an exit not an entrance.
