Maybe,maybe not: First, read the car owners manual and see if that middle seat can be used with a safety seat, some cannot.Some seats have a narrower profile than others and might fit, but you may need to place the oldest kid in the passenger front if the airbag can be turned off.The vehicle you use should be the one that accommodates the passengers you must carry in the safest method possible.
