Maybe: Many medications can be safely taken together, but you did not list the medications. Hives are often treated with a combination of H1 antihistamines like Zyrtec, Allegra, or Claratin and H2 antihistamines like Zantac, (ranitidine) Pepcid, or Cimetidine. You should always check with your doctor and pharmacist to make sure medicines are safe to take together.
