Seborrheic Derm: Seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp: treat with antifungal shampoos (selenium sulfide 2.5%, ketoconazole 2%). Also medicated shampoos (coal tar, salicylic acid, and sulfur) available over the counter as shampoos or lotions. Medicated shampoo should be used daily or 2-3 times per week for several weeks until resolved.
