What to do if i have cyclothymia and just started on quetiapine it is making me sleep all day and aggressive anyone relate?

Call MD right away: If you feel more aggressive, contact your doctor right away. Seroquel (quetiapine) often causes sedation which improves over time, but it does not always get better. For any medication, if it is helping and having side effects, you have to discuss with your doctor whether it is worth it to continue that medication, or to consider other options.
