See doctor: Sounds like fissures in the skin which could be caused by scratching if the skin in dry, tearing during intercourse if not enough lubrication, or other dermatology conditions that can occur on the vulva/vaginal area. See doctor for evaluation. Can use A&D cream in the meantime to help soothe the skin if it is painful.
