Unrelated: Tinnitus is now quite well documented to be the perception of sound in the ear secondary to increased electrical activity in the auditory nervous system (the part of the brain that serves hearing and discrimination). There is no relation between sinusitis and tinnitus unless you have a hearing or ear problem as well.
