A cautious no: Most federally regulated drug testing programs perform a 6 panel test which includes marijuana metabolites, cocaine metabolites, PCP, opiates including heroin, and barbiturates. However if suspicious behavior warrants, additional testing may be requested on an individual basis particularly if it involves a post injury situation.
