Difficult call: I must think that your controller treatment has been at it's maximum and different types have been tried including combinations of long acting agonists and steroids. I would suggest that if you are not presently seeing a pulmonologist, ask your family physician to recommend one. Your type of asthma may require special treatment. Good Luck
