A member asked:

What to do if i have a thumb fracture but i've been training, is this a good way to adapt?

Fracture=broken: A fracture means the bone is broken, You will not be able to grip if you really have a broken thumb that hasn't healed. Generally, the thumb should be immobilized 3-4 weeks and heavy gripping should be avoided until your doctor says it is healed or you may end up with poor alignment and lose function..
