You : You likely have an upper respiratory infection. Stay well hydrated with water. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or non-steroidal antiflammatory medications can help with the achiness, headache and with possible fever. Gargling several times a day with warm salt water would help the throat. An oral decongestant would probably relieve some of your symptoms. If you develop a fever of 104 or above or have any difficulty breathing, then recommend you be seen at an er or acute care clinic. If you aren't getting better within a week you should contact your physician. Hope this passes quickly.
