I took 3 pregnancy tst all positive few days later i started bleeding. am i having a miscarriage?

Could be: See anob- gyn so they can tell one way or the other , sometimes u can have bleeding and still end up with a viable pregnancy, u need a quant bhcg and progest levels and repeat in 72 hrs and the bhcg should be doubling if a normal preg and when u get to 6 1/2 - 7 weeks should be able to see a htbeat if it is viable.

Possibly: 30% of women spot in the first trimester, for any number of reasons, from normal, implantation bleeding to more serious things such as an ectopic pregnancy or a molar pregnancy- get a serum HCG level and see your doctor now.
