Urinary problem: I would suggest seeing your physician or a urologist. Urologists are physicians who care for the urinary tract. The urologist will evaluate you and come up with a treatment plan.

Discuss with doctor: who performed Botox bladder injections. Botox paralyses bladder muscle in area around each injection site, it is therefore very common to have voiding problems after this procedure. Dr should have told you in advance. U may need to perm intermittent clean self catheterization. Hope UR with an experience neuro-urologist , if not, U need to consult with one.

In addition to the: excellent medical advice you've received, please consider the possibility of "bashful bladder" or paruresis. It is difficult voiding in public facilities and is more common I men than in women. There is an online support group on the net. I've treated several folks successfully w/clinical hypnosis and self-hypnosis training. Peace and good health.
